Our farmers markets in June are: Barnard Castle on the 6th, Orton on the 13th, Kendal on the 26th and Brampton on the 27th.

Dexter Beef
Our Dexter beef comes from cattle born, bred and reared on our upland Cumbrian farm. They grow slowly on a grass diet, conserved as silage and hay for the winter, so they take longer to finish than would be the case on a more commercial farm, but the benefit is a mature tasty meat full of flavour. This is enhanced by dry aging the carcase for a minimum of 3 weeks before it's cut and packed in our small on-farm butchery.
