Our farmer markets in May are Kendal on 29th and Brampton on the 30th. And in June: Barnard Castle on the 6th, Orton on the 13th, Kendal on the 26th and Brampton on the 27th. Description

A favourite for celebration meals, the wing rib is the end of the sirloin left on the bone. Slightly less fat and less of the lower quality meat than on the forerib. Like the forerib it is available as 1, 2, 3 or 4 ribs.

If this cut is unavailable for your chosen delivery date we'll be in touch with confirmation of our earliest supply date. You can order well in advance for a specific date and we will reserve the meat for you, subject to availability when you order.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
