All the Dexter beef fillets, foreribs sirloin, shin and skirt and all the venison fillet and striploin we'll have ready in November are now ordered but there are still roasts and slow cooking cuts available. We are sending meat out for courier deliveries every Thursday in November, but there will be no courier deliveries in December or January. Our farmers markets in November are at Barnard Castle on the 7th, Orton on the 14th, Kendal on the 27th and Brampton on the 28th. Plus we'll be at the Fourty Farms Market at Rheged on the 21st November. The dates for the our December markets are Barnard Castle 5th, Orton 12th, Kendal 18th and Brampton on the 19th. Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the online shop.

Description

Our plain beef sausage, no herbs just a little seasoning, mainly salt, pepper, nutmeg & ginger. The binder is potato starch, not a wheat-flour rusk so this mix is gluten-free. We can make this mix without preservative, minimum batch size is 3kg. As well as sausages this mix is available as beefy meatballs.

As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
