This steak, from the hind leg, although not as tender as Sirloin and with less fat, wins with extra flavour. We usually cut steaks about 1 inch (25mm) thick. Please do ask if you'd like a thin cut steak. As the muscle is oval no two steaks off the rump are identical in size.

If this cut is unavailable for your chosen delivery date we'll be in touch with confirmation of our earliest supply date. You can order well in advance for a specific date and we will reserve the meat for you, subject to availability when you order.
