The next dates for meat to be delivered by courier are the 24th September and October 1st and 29th. Then every Thursday in November but no courier deliveries made in December.
Our farmers markets in September are: Kendal 25th and Brampton on 26th. In October we are at Barnard Castle on the 2nd, Orton on the 10th, Kendal on the 29th and Brampton on the 30th. As well as our usual markets in November we'll be at the Fourty Farms Market at Rheged on the 21st.

Venison
Our venison is from our herd of Red deer. Farmed in a similar way to our extensively reared Dexter Cattle our venison is a lean succulent meat with little if any fat. We have our own on-farm micro slaughterhouse built specifically for our deer so we can ensure our high welfare farming standards continue right up to the point of dispatch with no necessity to transport them off-farm.
