The next dates for meat to be delivered by courier are 21st May and the 4th and 25th June.
Our farmer markets in May are Kendal on 29th and Brampton on the 30th. And in June: Barnard Castle on the 6th, Orton on the 13th, Kendal on the 26th and Brampton on the 27th.
Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the online shop.
Venison
Our venison is from our herd of Red deer. Farmed in a similar way to our extensively reared Dexter Cattle our venison is a lean succulent meat with little if any fat. We have our own on-farm micro slaughterhouse built specifically for our deer so we can ensure our high welfare farming standards continue right up to the point of dispatch with no necessity to transport them off-farm.
