The dates for farmers market in November are Kendal 29th (last Friday), and Brampton 30th (last Saturday).
Mail order delivery dates for November are the 7th, 14th and 21st. We will not be sending orders by courier in December.
Local deliveries and collections from the farm and farmers markets as usual until December 24th, with Kendal being on the 20th and Brampton on the 21st in December.
Dexter Beef
Our Dexter beef comes from cattle born, bred and reared on our upland Cumbrian farm. They grow slowly on a grass diet, conserved as silage and hay for the winter, so they take longer to finish than would be the case on a more commercial farm, but the benefit is a mature tasty meat full of flavour. This is enhanced by dry aging the carcase for a minimum of 3 weeks before it's cut and packed in our small on-farm butchery.
