It's a quiet start to January as our first beef won't have completed its 3 weeks maturing until the end of the month. The first date for deliveries, local and by courier is: January 29th 2026.
Our only farmer markets in January are Kendal 30th and Brampton 31st. Back to normal in February with Barnard Castle on the 6th, Orton on the 14th, Kendal on the 27th and Brampton on the 28th.

Venison
Our venison is from our herd of Red deer. Farmed in a similar way to our extensively reared Dexter Cattle our venison is a lean succulent meat with little if any fat. We have our own on-farm micro slaughterhouse built specifically for our deer so we can ensure our high welfare farming standards continue right up to the point of dispatch with no necessity to transport them off-farm.
