The dates for the farmers markets in February are: Brampton 22nd (last Saturday); Kendal 28th (last Friday).
The dates for farmers market in March are :- Barnard Castle 1st (first Saturday), WE WON'T BE AT Orton (second Saturday); Kendal 28th (last Friday) and Brampton 29th (last Saturday).
The next dates for Mail Order delivery are: February 20th, March 20th, April 10th.
Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the delivery options but can be arranged at other times, please call.
Venison
Our venison is from our herd of Red deer. Farmed in a similar way to our extensively reared Dexter Cattle our venison is a lean succulent meat with little if any fat. We have our own on-farm micro slaughterhouse built specifically for our deer so we can ensure our high welfare farming standards continue right up to the point of dispatch with no necessity to transport them off-farm.
