All the Dexter beef fillets, foreribs sirloin, shin and skirt and all the venison fillet and striploin we'll have ready in November are now ordered but there are still roasts and slow cooking cuts available.
We are sending meat out for courier deliveries every Thursday in November, but there will be no courier deliveries in December or January.
Our farmers markets in November are at Barnard Castle on the 7th, Orton on the 14th, Kendal on the 27th and Brampton on the 28th. Plus we'll be at the Fourty Farms Market at Rheged on the 21st November. The dates for the our December markets are Barnard Castle 5th, Orton 12th, Kendal 18th and Brampton on the 19th.

Venison
Our venison is from our herd of Red deer. Farmed in a similar way to our extensively reared Dexter Cattle our venison is a lean succulent meat with little if any fat. We have our own on-farm micro slaughterhouse built specifically for our deer so we can ensure our high welfare farming standards continue right up to the point of dispatch with no necessity to transport them off-farm.
