A tender steak from the loin, or back, with a covering of fat. We cut our steaks fairly thick, about an inch. If you would like a thinner steak let us know.

If this cut is unavailable for your chosen delivery date we'll be in touch with confirmation of our earliest supply date. You can order well in advance for a specific date and we will reserve the meat for you, subject to availability when you order.

As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks.
