The dates for farmers market in November are Barnard Castle 2nd (1st Saturday), Orton 9th (2nd Saturday), WE WON'T BE AT Stainton 19th (third Saturday) instead we'll be at Rheged at the Fourty Farms Market on the 16th, Kendal 29th (last Friday), and Brampton 30th (last Saturday). Mail order delivery dates for November are the 7th, 14th and 21st. We will not be sending orders by courier in December. Local deliveries and collections from the farm and farmers markets as usual until December 24th, with Kendal being on the 20th and Brampton on the 21st in December.

Description

We usually prepare these without any extra fat, we use several lean muscles from the fore-quarter for pot-roasts depending on the weight required. Full of flavour and very soft to eat after a long slow cook.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
