The most popular roasting joint for celebration and family meals. Cooked on the bone the main muscle is marbled and there is a natural covering of fat adding to the rich flavour. We remove the chine-bone for you to make carving easier. Available as 1,2,3 and 4 ribs as standard, if you let us know a month at least in advance we can provide it as a sizeable 5 rib. We don't normally french trim (remove the meat to expose the tips of the rib bones) but if you'd like it that way just let us know. It just seems a shame to waste that extra bit of tasty meat.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
