Thanks for visiting our online shop. Your support is greatly appreciated. The next dates for meat to be delivered by courier are the 24th September and October 1st and 29th. Then every Thursday in November but no courier deliveries made in December. Our farmers markets in September are: Kendal 25th and Brampton on 26th. In October we are at Barnard Castle on the 2nd, Orton on the 10th, Kendal on the 29th and Brampton on the 30th. As well as our usual markets in November we'll be at the Fourty Farms Market at Rheged on the 21st. Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the online shop.

Description

2 hand-made 115gm burgers. A simple mix of Dexter Beef, rusk (unleavened bread crumb), salt, pepper & preservative. These burgers can be made without preservative but must then be either eaten or frozen immediately on receipt. There is a minimum batch size of 3kg for products made without preservative. Also available in packs of 4, if you require them packed in different quantities please let us know.

This product must be fully cooked through before being eaten.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
