It's a quiet start to January as our first beef won't have completed its 3 weeks maturing until the end of the month. The first date for deliveries, local and by courier is: January 29th 2026. Our only farmer markets in January are Kendal 30th and Brampton 31st. Back to normal in February with Barnard Castle on the 6th, Orton on the 14th, Kendal on the 27th and Brampton on the 28th. Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the online shop.

Description

The addition of Damson Chutney from local producer Wild & Fruitful Preserves and some apple makes this a tasty succulent sausage. Great as sausage or in a stir-fry.
