Our 50/50 mix of Venison and Dexter Beef is popular in both a sausage and a burger, the mix uses a pea-flour rusk so it's suitable for those on gluten-free diets too.

As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
