The dates for farmers market in March are :- Barnard Castle 1st (first Saturday), WE WON'T BE AT Orton (second Saturday); Kendal 28th (last Friday) and Brampton 29th (last Saturday). The next dates for Mail Order delivery are: February 20th, March 20th, April 10th. Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the delivery options but can be arranged at other times, please call.

Description

A lean burger with a hint of Rosemary. Despite the lack of fat these burgers cook well, good in a bun or as part of a light meal. 4 x 115gm burgers, 100mm (4 inch) diameter.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
