The dates for farmers market in November are Kendal 29th (last Friday), and Brampton 30th (last Saturday). Mail order delivery dates for November are the 7th, 14th and 21st. We will not be sending orders by courier in December. Local deliveries and collections from the farm and farmers markets as usual until December 24th, with Kendal being on the 20th and Brampton on the 21st in December.

Description

Slices of lean venison from the shoulder for slow cooking. A nice change to casserole dice, the cooking time is similar at 1.5-2 hours. Packed in 1's and 2's, but if you want different sized packs please let us know.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
