Thanks for visiting our online shop. The dates for the farmers markets in March are: Brampton 29th (last Saturday); Kendal 28th (last Friday). The dates for farmers market in April are :- Barnard Castle 5th (first Saturday), Orton 12th (second Saturday); Kendal 25th (last Friday) and Brampton 26th (last Saturday). Plus we'll be at the Fourty Farms Market at Rheged, Penrith on the 12th. The next dates for Mail Order delivery are: April 10th and 24th; May 8th and 22nd. Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the delivery options but can be arranged at other times, please call.

Description

Slices of lean venison from the shoulder for slow cooking. A nice change to casserole dice, the cooking time is similar at 1.5-2 hours. Packed in 1's and 2's, but if you want different sized packs please let us know.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
