Thanks for visiting our online shop. We have now closed our shop for deliveries by courier until 2026. The next date for Mail Order delivery is: January 29th 2026. The dates for our farmers market in December are:- Barnard Castle 6th (first Saturday), Kendal 12th (second Friday), Orton 13th (second Saturday); Kendal 31st (early this month) and finally Brampton 20th (early this month). Strips of tender meat suitable for quick cooking in a stir-fry or stroganoff-type dishes.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
