The next date for Mail Order delivery is: January 29th 2026. The dates for our final farmers market in December are:- Kendal 19th and Brampton 20th. Our first markets in 2026 are Kendal and Brampton on the last Friday and Saturday in January. Local deliveries and collections are between the 18th and 23rd, please get in touch if you want to collect between Christmas and New Year. As a lot of the meat we have available is already ordered a lot of items are no longer listed in the online shop, we are aiming to keep the availability updated. However it's possible once the orders have been prepared there will be some cuts remaining to sell at the markets that are not curently listed, venison dice and steaks for instance, by all means message or email and ask us to reserve items if they become available.

Description

A beef and tomato sausage with a bit of a kick. We use local producer Mr Vikki's Tomato & Nigella Chutney to give this sausage a special flavour. It's not too hot, just pleasantly warm. There's also some free range pork in the sausage recipe for extra succulence. This mix comes as a sausage and meatballs, or as grill-sticks which are listed separately.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
