Happy New Year. Thanks for visiting our online shop. Your support is greatly apreciated. It's a quiet start to January as our first beef won't have completed its 3 weeks maturing until the end of the month. The first date for deliveries, local and by courier is: January 29th 2026. Our only farmer markets in January are Kendal 30th and Brampton 31st. Back to normal in February with Barnard Castle on the 6th, Orton on the 14th, Kendal on the 27th and Brampton on the 28th. Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the online shop.

Description

A beef and tomato sausage with a bit of a kick. We use local producer Mr Vikki's Tomato & Nigella Chutney to give this sausage a special flavour. It's not too hot, just pleasantly warm. There's also some free range pork in the sausage recipe for extra succulence. This mix comes as a sausage and meatballs, or as grill-sticks which are listed separately.

As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
