Also known as Flat Rib and Jacob's Ladder, the Short Rib is the beef version of pork spare ribs, but a lot more meaty. It needs a long slow cook and then the meat is really soft and full of flavour. We normally sell it as a plate of 3 or 4 ribs but if you'd like it cut into single ribs just let us know.

If this cut is unavailable for your chosen delivery date we'll be in touch with confirmation of our earliest supply date. You can order well in advance for a specific date and we will reserve the meat for you, subject to availability when you order.
