Thanks for visiting our online shop. The dates for farmers market in October are:- Barnard Castle 4th (first Saturday), Kendal 10th (second Friday), Orton 11th (second Saturday); Brampton 25th (last Saturday) and Kendal 31st (last Friday). The same markets in November plus the Fourty Farms Market at Rheged on the 15th. The next dates for Mail Order delivery are: October 2nd, 9th and 23rd. November 6th, 13th and 19th. The last date we will be sending meat out by by courier is November 19th. Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the delivery options but can be arranged at other times, please get in touch.

Available is either the full fillet, or a half for roasting, if you particularly want the crown or centre cut please let us know and we'll do our best subject to availability. Ideal for a quick roast and then rest in a warm place. This is the cut for Beef Wellington

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
