It's a quiet start to January as our first beef won't have completed its 3 weeks maturing until the end of the month. The first date for deliveries, local and by courier is: January 29th 2026. Our only farmer markets in January are Kendal 30th and Brampton 31st. Back to normal in February with Barnard Castle on the 6th, Orton on the 14th, Kendal on the 27th and Brampton on the 28th. Local deliveries and collections are as listed in the online shop.

A box of mixed cuts of Dexter Beef suitable for casseroling and the slow cooker along with other staples including a selection of sausage or meatballs and of course mince. Minimum box value £75!

A mail order delivery charge of £10 applies to this item, order 2 boxes, perhaps the other of venison or add it to your order for a special joint and get free delivery, saving a further £10 on this selection.

As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks.
