This is a very meaty sausage, mainly venison, but with some pork and no rusk or binder. Just seasonings and herbs plus some preservative. It was our first gluten-free mix and we produced it as a ring, like Cumberland sausage, not in links, that way there was no confusion as to which sausage was gluten-free. If you would prefer it as links just let us know.

This product must be fully cooked through before being eaten.

The images in our online shop and weight options are indicative. Our animals are not a uniform size, and there is variation in the level of marbling and fat cover on our beef. As a result, we cannot guarantee the meat you receive will look exactly like the photograph, and sometimes it’s not possible to achieve the higher weights, particularly of steaks. You will only be charged for the weight of meat supplied.
